This Privacy Policy explains how USA GiftPro (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this site or submit a quote request. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described below.

Information you give us. When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, work email, company, requested quantity, need-by date, and any message you include. If you call or message us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, plus advertising identifiers such as the Google click ID (gclid) when you arrive from an ad. We use cookies and similar technologies to make this work.

2. How we use your information

To prepare and send your free mockup and price quote, and to respond to your inquiry;
To fulfill, customize, and ship an order if you choose to place one;
To operate, secure, and improve the site;
To measure and improve our advertising (e.g., understanding which ads lead to quote requests).

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and Google Ads to measure ad performance (conversion tracking) and, where applicable, remarketing. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data. We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill any order, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Residents of California and certain other states have rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not sell your data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
